Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our accounting team at our downtown Plymouth office. This is a 100% in-office, part-time position reporting directly to the Controller.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, thrives on accuracy, and is comfortable managing multiple accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
• Post and reconcile credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Assist with commission calculations
• Support semi-monthly payroll processing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Provide general support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to consistently work the scheduled hours (Mon, Tues, Thurs | 10 AM – 3 PM)
• HR experience is a plus, but not required
