About the Role

GlossGenius is looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help manage and grow our community of creators — made up of inspiring beauty, wellness, and health, small business owners — and shape what our program looks like at scale. 

In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between GlossGenius and the small business owners who embody our brand. You'll own the end-to-end creator journey — from outreach and contract management to content review and performance reporting — while helping architect how GlossGenius uses AI to power creator operations at scale. 

You will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager and work closely with our Social and Brand teams. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, and lead rate and contract negotiations that move approved creators from first contact to signed agreement
• Serve as a relationship owner for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, building the kind of trust that makes them our best advocates
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting — and document what works for the broader team
• Keep campaign operations running smoothly by tracking active partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Assist in creative feedback rounds across multiple stages, holding a high bar for what GlossGenius-quality creator content looks like
• Oversee posting logistics, include AI-automated delivery of posting instructions and approvals, and providing specific posting guidance as needed
• Create and audit AI workflows for reporting on influencer program performance, and surfacing trends and learnings that shape future strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media, or a related field
• A social-native thinker with a sharp eye for great content. You spend real time on TikTok and Instagram, understand the creator landscape, and know the difference between content that converts and content that just exists
• Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools that can meaningfully accelerate and complete workflows with agentic capabilities
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills that can build trust quickly with creators and cross-functional partners alike
• Operational excellence managing multiple partnerships across different stages simultaneously
• Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiarity with content capture platforms (e.g., Archive) or project management tools (Asana, Slite)
  • Experience supporting influencer programs for vertical SaaS and/or beauty & wellness companies

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $80,000-$93,000 target equity benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
