Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scan and organize mill certs
- Check incoming vendor invoices for discrepancies
- Match vendor invoices with bills of lading to prepare for receiving into the system
- Ensure incoming paperwork is processed in a timely manner
- Invoice shipped customer orders and transfers
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls
- Ensure truck fuel receipts are separated by truck, and mileage is recorded on each receipt
- Ensure Big Road e-logging is being done consistently by each driver
- Process credit card payments from customers
- Provide administrative support, including general document filing
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as assisting with onboarding and gathering personnel paperwork as requested.
- Order supplies when needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.
- The ability to alternate between sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in office administration
