This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing an enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) environment, ensuring teams can efficiently access, organize, and leverage digital assets while supporting broader content and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing administration of an enterprise DAM platform.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across distributed teams.
- Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset classification frameworks.
- Lead asset migration projects, bulk imports, and data quality initiatives.
- Organize and maintain digital content across a variety of formats and use cases.
- Train end users and promote DAM best practices across departments.
- Partner with content creators and stakeholders to ensure assets are properly tagged, cataloged, and maintained.
- Monitor asset lifecycle requirements, including usage rights, compliance, and retention considerations.
- Analyze platform usage and asset performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors and platform providers.
- Evaluate new functionality, upgrades, and opportunities for system optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on integrations with related marketing, content, and workflow platforms.
- Establish and maintain processes for version control, asset governance, and content accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure assets remain current, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within digital asset management, content management, information governance, or a related field.
- Background developing taxonomies, metadata standards, and content organization frameworks.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with experience maintaining structured content repositories and file architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise DAM platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with content operations, creative workflows, publishing, or marketing environments.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international teams.
- Understanding of digital rights management, licensing, and content compliance practices.
- Experience integrating DAM platforms with CMS, PIM, e-commerce, or other business systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and content ecosystem workflows

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
