10-Day Services Coordinator
GS Performance, LLC (GlockStore) is seeking a highly-detailed 10-Day Services Coordinator for our Gun Room. This position is responsible for processing inbound and outbound customer items in a timely manner to facilitate our 10-day guarantee services which includes optic cuts and “GS C Cuts”, while providing customer service support to customers engaged in the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound customer slides and other products into our database relating to the 10-day programs and other time guarantee services.
- Bag, tag, and secure inbound items arriving by mail and ensure all customer-owned products are clearly labeled and tracked throughout a custom build.
- Meticulously notate the condition and attributes of items sent in by customers and held in our possession.
- Track each order to ensure completion within the 10-day guarantee.
- Prepare and package customer orders and deliver them to the shipping department.
- Answers calls and emails from customers relating to the 10-day services programs.
- Assist w/ the sale of other products and services that may meet the customers needs (optics, coatings, triggers etc.).
- Work closely with the warehouse to streamline work orders and ensure timely picking of parts for customer order fulfillment
- Notify the purchasing manager or custom shop manager of inventory shortages to maintain appropriate levels of common items such as optics.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Safe firearms handling skills
· Basic knowledge of firearms and firearms experience (2 years minimum)
· Customer service experience (2 years minimum)
· Spreadsheet and information database experience (1-2 years minimum)
· Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
· Must be able to pass DOJ/FBI background check and drug test
· Highschool diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
