General Purpose:
Assist in the development of video, sound and photography content production to support the Marketing and Communications efforts of the organization.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in media/content production, advertising/marketing, or journalism
3-5 years’ experience creating dynamic videos, photography, and graphics for social and digital communications
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years related experience
Proven ability to operate variety of photography, videography, and sound broadcast equipment and produce high-quality

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may require some work outside of these hours.

Assist in the development of video, sound and photography content production to support the Marketing and Communications efforts of the organization.
Shift(s) Available:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- None
- Videography and Photography of company products for use on company downstream channels
- Assist other department in the development of visual assets for use in departmental initiatives and materials.
- Plan and organize production schedules for audio and video broadcast and commercial photography
- Independently manage multiple creative projects, timelines and deadlines
- Develop media content including; animate titles, motion graphics, product slick sheets, and video bumpers
- Create templates, frameworks and tool-kits that allow Ambassadors and External Partners to create branded content
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry trends, emerging technology, digital/social best practices and partners in the digital space
- Effective time management skills; ability to multi-task effectively
- Pay close attention to details
- Work independently and as part of a team to execute content development based on the company vision

- A portfolio and/or reel with dynamic visuals and strong narrative ability is a must. Strong preference for experience in lifestyle, consumer products and/or firearms knowledge
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere and After Affects; strong illustration and animation skills are a plus
- Demonstrated experience shooting and editing/producing professional photography, videos; experience using video and DSLR cameras, microphones and lights; understanding of fundamentals of lighting and audio are a must
- Demonstrated ability to own multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast paced, dynamic environment and respond to changing schedules and priorities; strong communication, project coordination and scheduling skills
- A desire to take educated risks, try new ideas, and foster innovation
- Must possess an innate curiosity and a roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to both think strategically and implement on a tactical level
- Commitment to excellence working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
- Preferred knowledge of broadcast production software for video and podcast live production or willingness to learn
- Preferred knowledge of drone operation and certification or willingness to learn
