PRODUCTION AND ANIMATION MANAGER

General Purpose:
The Production and Animation Manager is responsible for leading the creation of high-quality video content and motion graphics that support the company objectives, enhance brand storytelling, and drive audience engagement. This role oversees the full production process- from conception to delivery- across a variety of formats, including live-action video, animated explainers, and product demos. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with technical expertise, excels at managing multiple projects and collaborators, and brings a strategic mindset to visual storytelling that aligns with the brand and business goals.

Shift(s) Available:
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Lead the end-to-end video production process—from concept to delivery—for marketing campaigns, product launches, brand videos, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, leadership) to define video goals, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Write or contribute to scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Direct on-location or studio shoots, including managing crew, equipment, and talent.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and visual storytelling best practices.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge through professional associations, conferences, and seminars
  • Design and animate engaging 2D and/or 3D motion graphics for explainer videos, ads, and social media content.
  • Develop and maintain templates or animation assets for consistent and scalable content production.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to transform static assets into dynamic, animated formats.
  • Manage video production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Source and coordinate external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when necessary.
  • Maintain a library of video assets and ensure proper archiving and tagging for future reuse.
  • Analyze video performance data to inform future creative decisions.
  • Stay current on video trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Contribute to content strategy with ideas for video formats that align with funnel stages and marketing goals.

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how video supports conversion and engagement at each state.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in film production, Animation, Media Arts, Digital Design, Marketing or a related field.
5 years of experience in video production and animation, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end video projects – from concept through post-production.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality commercial work, including live-action and animated content
Proficient in Adobe Creative Clout (Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with motion design and animation (Blender, Cinema 4D)
Knowledge of file formats, compression and video best practices for web, mobile and social platforms.
Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience creating dynamic videos and graphics
Proven ability to operate variety of videography and sound equipment and editing software’s
