They are seeking a competitive, analytical and intellectually curious individual to join their investment team. The Investment Analyst will play a significant role in evaluating investment opportunities and portfolio oversight. This is an in-office position, requiring regular attendance in either their Greenwich or NYC office.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting financial and qualitative analysis on companies and industries;
• Building and maintaining proprietary financial models by identifying and incorporating
relevant data from research;
• Conducting interviews and calls with management, Wall Street research analysts, and
other sources (e.g., competitors, customers, government representatives, etc.);
• Attending conferences, company roadshows and meetings with management
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of investment banking experience within Industrials, Energy and/or Natural Resources.
• Strong financial modeling skills;
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Keen eye for detail
