Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 Base Equity | On-site 5 days a week
Glocap is representing a premier, venture-backed startup that is redefining the landscape of institutional finance. Our client is developing agentic AI to solve the problem of fragmented modeling, moving beyond basic automation to create an intelligent, goal-driven execution layer for Wall Street.
It is unique hybrid professional who possesses the rigorous analytical DNA of a high-level financier who does heavy excel modelling workflows but has the intellectual curiosity to drive a Go-To-Market strategy for a category-defining AI product.
Responsibilities
As the bridge between technical AI development and the front-office deals of institutional finance, you will;
- Partner with stakeholders in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Real Estate or Public Equities to identify friction points and map complex Excel workflows to the AI solution.
- Serve as the internal and external expert on high-stakes models, including LBOs, Three-Statement Operating Models, DCF, and Accretion/Dilution analysis.
- Lead the full client lifecycle from initial high-stakes engagement through to long-term adoption and commitment.
- No prior sales experience is required; theyvalue domain authority over traditional sales tactics.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate client feedback into product features, directly shaping how AI is deployed on Wall Street.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years experience corporate finance, strategic finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity or a similar high-rigor financial environment.
- A desire to build the future of the industry rather than simply continuing to model for it.
- Ability to confidently lead commercial conversations with senior institutional leaders and stakeholders.
- Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment where you will define your own success.
