What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Manager position at Glocap Search?
Our client, an UHNW couple, is looking to hire an estate manager for their Palm Beach residence. This role is a newly created position for their established homes (2). The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in south Florida and bring a network of contacts to the table for various regular household needs. Experience managing a staff is important as the couple anticipates several employees that will be in their oversight (housekeepers, drivers, chefs, pool vendors, maintenance crew, laundress teams).

POSITION: Estate Manager
LOCATION: Palm Beach, FL
HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility based on the movement of the family (24/7 on call for the Alarm company etc., but WITHIN REASON!)
COMPENSATION: $175k – 275k (DOE) bonus eligible benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED?: Preferred

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
