At Globetrot Health, we put the wants and needs of our clinicians first. This job is a 13 week assignment (or longer) at an acute care facility and is $2,250-$2,350 net pay per week.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and flexible Travel Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services in a variety of healthcare settings across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to helping patients regain independence in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide interventions that help patients adapt to physical and cognitive challenges.
- Document patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Travel to different facilities or client homes and quickly adapt to new environments and teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Active Occupational Therapist license in practicing state(s) or eligible for licensure.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required).
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
