Globe Life is hiring remote Benefits Consultants in the New Haven area to join our expanding team.
No cold calling. You'll be following up with union members and working families who have already requested information about their benefits — then meeting with them over Zoom to walk through their options.
What the role looks like:
- 100% remote, work from home on your own schedule
- All client meetings conducted virtually over Zoom
- Structured training system from day one — no experience necessary
- Full support getting your CT state insurance license
You're a good fit if you:
- Are dependable and take ownership of your time
- Communicate clearly and build rapport easily
- Are comfortable on video calls and basic technology
- Want income that grows with your effort not a fixed salary
- Must be a current Connecticut or Massachusetts resident — applicants outside of CT and MA will not be considered
This is a 1099 independent contractor position:
- Commission based weekly pay
- First year advisors following the system typically earn $50K–$80K
- Uncapped — the harder you work the more you make
- Leadership track available within 6–12 months
