Globe Life is looking for remote Benefits Advisors in the Waterbury area to join our expanding team. We are rated a Top Workplace in CT by the Hartford Courant 11 years in a row!
No cold calling. You'll be reaching out to union members and working families who have already requested information about their benefits — then sitting down with them virtually over Zoom to walk through their options.
What the role looks like:
- 100% remote, work from home
- All client meetings conducted over Zoom
- Structured training system — we take you from zero to licensed
- Full support getting your CT state insurance license
You're a good fit if you:
- Are dependable and manage your time well
- Communicate clearly and follow through
- Are comfortable on video calls and basic technology
- Want income that reflects your effort, not a salary cap
- Must be a current Connecticut or Massachusetts resident — applicants outside of CT and MA will not be considered
This is a 1099 independent contractor position:
- Commission-based weekly pay
- First-year advisors following the system typically earn $50K–$80K
- Uncapped — the harder you work the more you make
- Leadership track available within 6–12 months
