Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Benefits Coordinator located remotely. The Benefits Coordinator will prospect and generate leads by reaching out to warm leads, referrals, and new contacts. From there, you'll consult with clients one-on-one to understand their needs, walk them through coverage options, and answer any questions they have. Once you've found the right fit, you'll present and close policies by guiding clients through enrollment. And beyond the sale, you'll maintain those relationships — following up, handling renewals, and growing your book of business over time.
Qualifications
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Administrative is a plus
- Ability to put clients first and serve our community
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services, with the ability to explain policies in detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Commitment to excellent customer service and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
