In this role, you'll:
• Guide clients and their employees through benefits enrollment with enthusiasm and expertise, making complex choices feel like a breeze
• Be the go-to expert for all things benefits-related, from health insurance and 401(k)s to life insurance and wellness programs
• Partner with insurance carriers to ensure our client companies have access to top-tier benefit options
• Transform benefits administration into a smooth, efficient process that keeps everyone smiling
• Advocate for employees during claims resolution, turning potential headaches into happy outcomes
What you'll bring to the table:
• 2 years of experience in benefits administration or related field
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, ERISA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for explaining complex topics in simple terms
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining your cool
