- Lead crews to meet project timelines
- Safely operate and control assigned equipment
- Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
- Oversee and help with training of crew members
- Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
- Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
- Perform work in all weather conditions
- All other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- A valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
- At least three years of related experience
- Previous Foreman experience preferred
- Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
- Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
