GlobalWorks Events & Destination Management is searching for a Sales Manager based in Naples, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to establish a career with our growing organization.


The position in based on-site in SouthWest, Florida on-site in a luxury resort and we are searching for someone who has experience in luxury hospitality sales and event planning with a passion for innovative experiences. Sales Manager – Destination Management Company (DMC)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with existing clients and hotel partners to develop, propose, and close successful programs.
  • Respond to all incoming group business inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Create compelling and tailored proposals, contracts, and site inspection materials to meet the specific needs of clients and RFPs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, including activity providers, restaurants, and venue suppliers, to enhance program offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the annual sales plan, ensuring revenue targets and other strategic goals are met as outlined by the Executive Team.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate, association, and incentive clients, as well as hotel partners.
  • Lead and conduct site inspections, providing clients with detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance program value.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of GlobalWorks Event offerings, including pricing, descriptions, event design, and themed experiences.
  • Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.


The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of three to five years experience in event management or hospitality sales.
  • Destination Management or luxury hospitality industry preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills –including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday; must be accurate and conscientious.
  • Strong background in negotiation skills required.


Compensation / Benefits:

  • Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission.

  • Valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • This is not a remote position. You will be working on-site in SW Florida



Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
