What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Project Manager (UKG) position at GlobalSource IT?
GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need for a Sr. Project Manager within their HRIS team to assist with an influx of projects in the pipeline. They currently have 26 projects across HRIS and need some assistance specifically with their UKG (Workforce, HR, etc) and Payroll implementations. They have a couple of go-lives in progress and need a Project Manager who is well organized to get those across the finish line along with kicking off other efforts in the pipeline. This person will work with stakeholders/product owners, create or audit documentation, maintain project plans, SOP's, controls, and run Agile-based meetings. This opportunity will run for an initial 3 months and can be supported 100% remote (extensions based on performance).
- Must have over 10 years of IT Project Management with a focus on HRIS platforms and UKG is highly preferred
- Ability to join an in-flight project and help continue the effort to the finish line
- Strong knowledge of HRIS processes and how it relates to all areas of the business
