Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Analyst to support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management processes. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and system integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery, process optimization, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has a strong functional background in SAP PP, manufacturing, and process integration, with a passion for improving business operations through technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management, identifying opportunities to improve business processes using standard SAP functionality.
- Configure and support manufacturing processes, including Bill of Materials (BOM), recipes, and related master data.
- Support and maintain integration between SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Support material master governance, data quality initiatives, and data cleansing activities for implementations and ongoing maintenance.
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, configuration documentation, and user guides.
- Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for key users and business teams.
- Learn and support related applications and integration technologies that contribute to end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of hands-on SAP PP functional and configuration experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations with significant responsibility in the Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) workstream.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP), Bills of Materials (BOM), recipes, and manufacturing master data.
- Experience supporting integration between SAP PP and related modules, particularly EWM. Experience with advanced planning solutions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and SAP best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated SAP issues and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
