Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve tooling issues affecting quality, surface finish, and production efficiency
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production tooling
- Troubleshoot root causes of tooling downtime and implement long-term solutions
- Modify tooling and support process improvements to enhance quality and throughput
- Document repairs, tooling changes, and maintenance activities accurately
- Safely handle and transport tooling while following all safety procedures
- Partner with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of a Tool & Die apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience supporting stamped components in a manufacturing environment
- Background in tooling modifications and design changes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
