Summary:
Under general supervision, the IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for various regulatory or compliance requirements throughout the global IT organization. The IT Compliance Analyst guides the organization through periodic audit activities and works cross-functionally with departments to gather information required to maintain specific compliance standards in the completion of audit requests.
Essential Job Duties:
• Contribute to the overall IT compliance program.
• Ensure compliance assessments are completed timely.
• Maintain documentation to support compliance with SOX.
• Track compliance issues and ensure resolutions are met.
• Review system configuration for compliance.
• Review IT policy and process for completeness, security, and compliance.
• Work closely with process owners to assist in remediation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reporting Relationships:
• Reports directly to IT Compliance Manager
Credentials:
Required:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an IT compliance-related role or IT project management role.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external audits.
• Experience with SOX IT and ITGCs.
• Strong writing skills in order to communicate technical issues in business terms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Preferred:
• Related work or Military experience will be considered.
• CISA, CISSP, or CIA certification.
• Experience with GRC tools (Auditboard, wDesk, Archer, etc.).
• Experience auditing IT infrastructure, processes, and applications.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
