What are the responsibilities and job description for the BICSI Technician (BICSI Certified / Non Certified both are Welcome to Apply) position at Globalsoft Solutions LLC?
📍 Location: Springfield, MO
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead and support crews on copper and fiber installation projects
- Oversee structured cabling and fiber deployments
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and field teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and scheduling standards
- Handle field changes and MAC requests with confidence and technical judgment
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- BICSI-certified candidates are preferred, but non-certified candidates with strong relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- BICSI Level 1 or 2 Copper Installer certification or BICSI Level 1 or 2 Fiber Installer certification
- BICSI Certified Technician (BICSI TECH) is a plus
- 3 years of hands-on experience in structured cabling and fiber installation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as projects require
