Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team.
Duties
- Safely operate forklift trucks.
- Conduct inventory management activities including barcode scanning , stock counts, and updating warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain warehouse organization by stacking pallets correctly, managing storage areas, and ensuring clean workspaces
- Perform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure all machinery operates safely and effectively
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse a forklift
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics tracking
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments and forklift safety protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy
- Experience in warehouse management or supervision roles is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors on warehouse operations
