Job Title: Data Entry & Driver Check-In Clerk
Location: Midwest Warehouse - Warehouse Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse office team. This position supports daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory analysis, and assisting drivers during check-in. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry related to warehouse operations and shipments
- Monitor and assist with inventory tracking and basic inventory analysis
- Assist with driver check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff regarding shipment information
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or office experience preferred but not required
Work Environment:
- Office setting within a warehouse facility
- Interaction with drivers and warehouse personnel throughout the day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
