About our company: We are a telecommunication consulting company that has been in business for over 20 years. We sell and lease office phone systems. More than 32% of companies are using older outdated phones at their business. This is B2B sales. We pay hourly, plus pay commission and monthly bonus.
Looking for: Individual that has a go-getter personality, that is self driven and has good communication skills.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote products or services to prospects
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with business development and market trends
- Basic knowledge of technology sales and technical products/services is a plus
