AWS Cloud Engineer / Amazon Connect Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, with a focus on automation and scalable infrastructure.

• This is a long term Contract and 100% onsite.
• Candidate MUST be open to W2 employment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• More than 8 years of relevant experience
• AWS certifications (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong experience with Amazon Connect
• Solid understanding of AWS Cloud Architecture
• Hands-on experience in automation
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Shell, or similar)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure migration
• Understanding of telephony systems
• Experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions for workforce management

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud solutions
• Manage and optimize Amazon Connect environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for cloud operations
• Support cloud infrastructure migration projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
