Job Summary
The Quality Review Analyst supports the Tower Division’s Network Operations team by ensuring accurate data validation of U.S. tower assets and customer-installed equipment. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of internal systems, supporting field operations, and enabling strategic programs. You will analyze, audit, and verify a variety of asset data, ensuring systems remain up to date, precise, and aligned with business tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a 3D modeling application to inspect and evaluate aerial photographs of towers and ground assets.
- Validate tower attributes such as coordinates and height to ensure compliance with required tolerances.
- Create geospatial objects in 3D scenes and build relationships between objects and system points.
- Complete full inventory of customer-installed equipment and identify discrepancies between lease agreements and actual installations.
- Review photographs to identify key asset elements and update internal systems accordingly.
- Validate data within internal databases and communicate discrepancies or changes.
- Assess the quality of deliverables from the Network Operations team and collaborate with field representatives to revise and validate outputs.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships, especially with Engineering and Network Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts.
