The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native Android development, modern architecture design, and cross-platform mobile frameworks.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that enhance user experience and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native Android development, modern architecture design, and cross-platform mobile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle — concept, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure optimal application performance.
- Conduct unit and automated testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement mobile development best practices with an emphasis on security and data protection.
Required Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in native mobile app development.
- Proven experience in Android development with deep knowledge of the Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Android UI design principles.
- Expertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Experience developing and maintaining Android libraries using Gradle/Maven.
- Strong understanding of mobile app design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Working knowledge of Unit and Automated Testing (Espresso UI Automation).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, Git, or GitLab.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Collaborative mindset with designers and UX teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
