Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to identify and document requirements for a case and incident management system within the Corporate Real Estate department under Corporate Security. The writer will lead efforts to identify suitable systems, oversee onboarding and implementation, and manage the transfer of legacy case and incident data.As part of one of the nation’s largest banks—with over 17,000 employees and $200 billion in assets—you’ll help ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient security documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes process documents, configuration guides, standards, and training materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep knowledge of physical security principles and incident management systems, capable of operating in a fast-paced financial institution environment.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and document functional and technical requirements for case and incident management systems.
Lead system evaluation, onboarding, and implementation activities.
Manage migration of historical case and incident data into the new system.
Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate security process documentation for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze information needs and create updated standards and processes.
Provide writing and editing services for physical security-related standards, instructions, and design documentation.
Required Experience:
4 years as a Technical Writer supporting banking operations.
Proven experience in Operational Risk Management and RCSA Development.
Strong background in Cybersecurity, Physical Security, and Threat/Incident Case Management Systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
