Pay Rate: $95 per hourJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and continuously improve corrective action tracking, monitoring, and reporting within Electric Compliance and Risk. This role is critical to ensuring corrective actions are managed effectively, transparently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements while driving process improvement and operational excellence.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in compliance frameworks, corrective action management, and risk mitigation, along with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.Key Responsibilities:Corrective Action Monitoring & Process Improvement:
- Track corrective actions from initiation through closure with real-time visibility.
- Review dashboards and scorecards to monitor overdue actions, completion rates, and risk exposure.
- Validate data accuracy prior to publishing reports.
- Assess audit findings, self-reports, and new issues to anticipate corrective actions.
- Follow up with action owners and escalate overdue or high-risk items as needed.
- Continuously improve corrective action management processes using industry best practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on corrective action status and trends.
- Develop executive-ready presentations with layered visuals and clear data storytelling.
- Maintain dashboards providing real-time insight into compliance performance.
- Report on effectiveness metrics such as closure rates, recurrence rates, and compliance impact.
- Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with Compliance, Governance, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate alignment sessions to prioritize actions and resolve risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on risk posture and corrective action effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in program management, compliance, process improvement, or performance reporting.
- Proven experience managing corrective action programs in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (FSG, COSO, NIST, SOX).
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as CPUC, FERC, and WECC.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- PMP certification or equivalent credential.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and advanced presentation tools.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
- Experience applying containment and countermeasure concepts in corrective action management.
- Deep understanding of controls and hierarchy of controls for risk mitigation.
- Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Oakland up to 3 days per week.
