- Collaborate with Production Managers to plan and manage all aspects of video productions.
- Oversee project execution from pre-production to post-production, ensuring quality and alignment with brand messaging.
- Maintain production budgets and develop shot lists to support cost-effective project delivery.
- Attend meetings, interpret project briefs, and communicate client needs clearly to the Media Production Team.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Packaging, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, creative direction, and deliverables.
- Support the development of pre-production plans that fit within budget and timeframe.
- Act as the on-set liaison between clients and producers.
- Lead operations during production days, ensuring smooth workflow and communication among crew and talent.
- Travel regularly (50%) for productions across the U.S., including location work and township coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 years of professional experience in media production.
- Experience working in film/video environments with strong on-set technical understanding.
- Ability to lead productions and campaign shoots with teams of 15-20 people.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to work with models, actors, and property release processes.
- Strong background in television production.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven success leading complex video production workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
