Junior Compliance Risk Analyst
Location: Marlborough, MA
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Marlborough location)

- Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 40 hours per week; Summer Fridays optional participation available

Job Summary
The Compliance Risk Analyst (Junior) is a contract role responsible for supporting the company's Food Compliance and Product Compliance programs through database maintenance, document management, and administrative and operational support across compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains company's Food Compliance databases and related documentation for compliance with federal laws and regulations
- Manages document intake and organization to align with recordkeeping practices
- Maintains organization of shared inboxes and manages internal and external communication for the Food Compliance Program and other Product Compliance programs
- Assists with projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and other compliance policies
- Provides administrative and operational support for product compliance initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction well and be a team player
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Basic Excel experience
- Basic MS Office experience
- Customer service skills
- Proactive in asking questions and double checking with team before acting when unsure
