Job Summary: We are seeking two senior, AI native learning contractors to rapidly design and deliver enterprise learning for our Activate AI in Your Work (all employees) and AI Champions programs. These contractors must be hands on builders and thought partners — not order takers. There is no ramp time available; candidates must be productive immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Immediate Priority Learning Topics
- Design Workflow Innovation learning (turning scripts and decks into engaging, task level learning)
- Develop Data for AI fundamentals content (why data quality and behaviors matter for AI)
- Create SharePoint basics learning (sites, libraries, lists, workflows)
- Deliver Document & knowledge management best practices for AI
- Explain AI solution types (assist, augment, automate, agentic, autonomous) and match them to workflow pains
How the Contractors Are Expected to Work
- Collaborate closely with the program lead and lead experience designer as a thought partner
- Brainstorm how complex topics should be taught, not just what to teach
- Improve scripts for clarity, flow, and learning impact
- Proactively suggest better learning formats (scenarios, micro learning, demos, job aids)
Required Skills & Experience:
AI & Workflow Fluency (Must Have)
- Actively uses AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily work
- Understands AI in the context of real business workflows
- Can explain AI concepts in plain, globally accessible language
Learning Design & Delivery (Must Have)
- Proven experience designing enterprise learning at scale
- Strong at turning rough inputs into polished learning experiences
Tools – Hands On, Day One (Must Have)
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- SharePoint
- Articulate (Rise and/or Storyline)
- Udemy Business or similar LMS
- Genially
- SAP based learning or HR platforms (SAP experience required)
- SAP Success Factors
What Good Looks Like
- Minimal direction required
- High quality learning assets delivered quickly
- Strong partnership with internal program and experience design leads
Vendor Guidance: Please submit candidates who can clearly articulate:

- Examples of learning they co-designed (not just built)
