Every day, you’ll:

🔹 Represent the Organization: Attend health fairs, community events, and local meetings to share information about our services.

🔹 Help People Access the Care They Need: Guide individuals through health plan applications and enrolment processes, connecting them to vital resources.

🔹 Create Welcoming Spaces: Provide support at ACCESS Centers, assisting visitors, answering questions, and helping operations run smoothly.

🔹 Track and Report: Meet performance goals, document outreach activities, and ensure accurate follow-ups to improve patient access to care.

What We’re Looking:

Here’s what you’ll need:

💡 Qualifications: • High School Diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or a related field is a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, customer service, or healthcare.

• Bilingual? If you speak Spanish or Creole, you’ll be an even better fit! • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.

• Flexible schedule: Able to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally when needed.

• Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
