You’ll be supported by an incredible 3:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring your time is focused on patient care, not paperwork or routine tasks.

🩺 What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to pets and their families

• Manage a varied daily caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgery

• Offer both general practice and occasional urgent care services

• Build strong relationships with clients and your veterinary team

• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and fun work culture

⏰ Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Full-time (4-day work week) or Part-time options available with hospital hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM (only occasional Saturdays, shared across our 5-doctor team)
• No after-hours or on-call duties

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

• 20% ProSal system with no negative accrual

• 3 weeks PTO plus paid public holidays

• DVM or equivalent degree, with active (or eligible) Oklahoma license
