Key Responsibilities
Onsite Support
- Provide onsite IT support (40 hours/week).
- Act as primary Tier 1 & Tier 2 support.
- Resolve end-user issues and support tickets.
- Coordinate with remote teams for escalations.
End-User Support
- Troubleshoot critical issues, including Police systems.
- Handle walk-up requests and provide user assistance.
Hardware Support
- Deploy and set up hardware.
- Perform cable management.
- Manage asset retrieval.
Vendor Coordination
- Escort and supervise third-party vendors.
Meeting Support
- Support setup for meetings.
- Provide assistance during scheduled sessions as needed.
Work Structure
