Global Security Corporation is hiring a highly skilled Site Manager in Allentown, PA.
Duties:
- Supervise the day-to-day security operations at the Client’s site.
- Lead and manage a team of security officers and supervisors.
- Recruitment and hiring of new security officers to ensure 100% staffing requirements are met
- Manage the scheduling and payroll submission duties at the site
- Work closely with the Client’s management staff to include, all reporting and deliverables are being met
- Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect its employees and property
- Develop and foster relationships with the Client and its employees
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed the Company’s financial and operational goals
- Understand and enforce the Company’s Handbook
- All other duties and responsibilities as required by the Client and Company
- Lead, develop, and hold security personnel accountable for performance and service.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and operating standards.
- Ensure security personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Previous Account Management, law enforcement, and military experience preferred
- A four-year college degree is preferred
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge and skill with computer programs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Private Protective Services security guard licensing requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 per year
