Job Requirements & Responsibilities
The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs. The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements.
- Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
- Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
- Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Roofing knowledge is a must
- EDGE knowledge is a plus
- Bluebeam or take-off software
- Provide options for roofing systems to customers
- Perform roof inspections as required.
- Attend business development events
Compensation
- Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location
- $65,000 - $90,000 DOE
