Key Responsibilities

• Provide discreet armed protection at private and public events, maintaining a concealed posture to preserve the guest experience while ensuring rapid response capability in the event of a threat.
• Conduct pre-event security assessments of venues to identify vulnerabilities, crowd control challenges, and potential risks to clients or attendees.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and gathering areas during events to maintain situational awareness and respond to developing situations without disrupting event flow.
• Collaborate with event planners, venue security staff, and law enforcement to coordinate coverage, establish emergency protocols, and ensure a cohesive protective strategy.
• Blend into the event environment while maintaining proximity to principals or designated assets, ready to act without drawing attention.
• Support access control procedures by verifying guest credentials, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring all event staff align with security protocols.
• Conduct continuous threat assessments throughout the event, identifying suspicious behavior or potential disruptions and initiating preemptive interventions when necessary.
• Maintain communication with security team members and command personnel through discreet channels to ensure consistent coverage and coordination.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including active threats, medical incidents, or crowd disturbances, while minimizing panic and maintaining control of the scene.
• Document incidents, unusual observations, or operational feedback as needed to support post-event reviews and continuous improvement of protective protocols.
• Remain composed, alert, and professional throughout extended or high-tempo events, providing visible calm and effective leadership during high-stress situations.
  
  

Required Qualifications
