Role Overview
Are you a talented video creator who thrives at the intersection of traditional production and cutting-edge AI video technology? Global Rescue is seeking a part-time Video Specialist to complement our existing in-house videographer and meet the growing demand for high-quality commercial video across marketing campaigns, the website, and member communications.
This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational video production and editing skills who is also energized by the rapidly changing world of AI-powered video (e.g., Veo, Sora, Runway, Pika). You will help push the boundaries of Global Rescue’s current video presence by[AS1] experimenting with new tools, developing innovative concepts, and expanding our storytelling capabilities while staying aligned with our brand guidelines.
You will collaborate closely with our videographer, designers, writers, and campaign leads to deliver high-impact content that reflects the Global Rescue brand.

Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, the website, and internal needs.
- Explore, test, and evaluate emerging AI video tools to expand our creative and production capabilities.
- Develop original AI-enhanced video concepts that complement traditional footage and align with Global Rescue’s authoritative and authentic visual style.
- Collaborate with our in-house videographer to divide production workloads, share knowledge, and develop unified workflows.
- Maintain visual consistency with the Global Rescue brand guidelines, including color, typography, photographic style, and tone .
- Support and enhance our library of raw assets, b-roll, testimonials, and AI-generated visual elements.
- Participate in campaign planning sessions and contribute creative direction for video-driven concepts.
- Edit for clarity, pacing, and emotional resonance while maintaining a polished, professional aesthetic.
- Stay current with video and AI trends, advocating for new approaches that meaningfully elevate our content output.
- Ensure all outputs meet quality, compliance, and brand standards across platforms.
- 3–5 years of experience in video production and editing (agency, in-house, freelance, or mixed).
- Portfolio demonstrating both traditional video capabilities and innovative or experimental work.
- Demonstrable experience using or experimenting with AI video tools (e.g., Veo, Sora, Runway, Pika, Luma Dream Machine).
- Strong proficiency in film production, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and general post-production workflows.
- Ability to blend AI-generated content with live-action footage in a cohesive, brand-aligned way.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
- Adaptable and cooperative team member capable of working both independently and collaboratively managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience producing social-first video formats, short-form ads, and testimonial or interview-driven content.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with designers, writers, and campaign strategists.
- Familiarity with Global Rescue’s industry, audiences, and tone of communication (preferred).
- Experience in branded content, documentary-style storytelling, or high-stakes service industries (preferred).
- Knowledge of stock imagery platforms (Artlist andFilmpac), motion graphics, color grading, and audio cleanup (preferred).
