What are the responsibilities and job description for the Video Editor position at Red Vault Productions, LLC?
We are looking for another member to join the team here at Red Vault Productions.
A team member means just that … living & breathing the projects and culture here at Red Vault … we are not talking cubic life 9 to 5 we are talking about getting the job done when it needs the get done, playing in the dirt, on the high peaks and in the salt water, breathing new creative life in the films, series, and brand spots we are putting out.
The MUSTs:
• Work in Adobe Premiere
• Have a proven background cutting short and long form content.
• Live in and Love the “Outdoor / Adventure” industry … No that doesnt mean you were a landscaper for a year or two ask me how I know)
• Have the ability to think for yourself and not be hand held all the way through
• Have the ability to diversify your brain and workflow to balance several projects at once in muliple stages of completion
• Always be interested in learning
• Be a good freaking human
The “IT WOULD BE COOL IF YOU HAD”s
• Experience working on and cutting reality show style content
• Understanding for some color science
• A system and or formula for file management
• The desire to always dream bigger and bring collaborative throughts to the table
We are based in Ludlow, Vermont … we have a good amount of work and subject matter being worked on in the North East, but we do service Global Brands.
This should develop into a full time position, but only for the right person that fits the bill. It would be great if it was an in person or hybrid style work agreement as remote is sometimes tough with a small tight knit team.
