As a Senior Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer, you will direct multi-disciplinary transit, transportation, and public works portfolios from initial master planning through to construction closeout.

• Frontline Client & Market Capture: Cultivate deep-seated relationships with prime regional transit authorities. Lead end-to-end proposal preparation, oral presentations, and project win strategies.
• Technical Sovereignty & Quality Governance: Function as the Lead Civil Engineer directing code research, AutoCAD/Civil3D plan production, and enforcing strict Quality Management Systems (QMS) across daily design operations.
• Operational & Fiscal Accountability: Track project performance metrics to ensure profitable, on-schedule execution. Prepare progress reports, manage cashflow projections, and contribute directly to annual office business planning.
