Key Responsibilities
Level 1 Support
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Assist users with: Password resets and account unlocks, Outlook and email support, VPN and multi-factor authentication (MFA) access, Network drive mapping, Printer and scanner issues
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to office and production employees
- Unbox, inventory, tag, and prepare hardware for deployment
- Set up computers, peripherals, and workstations for new hires
- Assist with employee onboarding and technology orientation
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues involving: Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, Desktop and laptop hardware, software installation, configuration, and updates
- Image, deploy, rebuild, and maintain laptops and desktop computers
- Perform basic network troubleshooting involving connectivity, switch ports, and wireless networking
- Support manufacturing floor technology including: Label printers, Handheld devices, Production terminals and workstations
- Manage Active Directory tasks including: User account maintenance, Security group access, Workstation domain joins, User changes and permissions
- Support and troubleshoot end-user access and functionality within business systems, including Workday
- Document resolutions, procedures, and common support issues to improve team knowledge and efficiency
- 1-4 years of IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to provide technical support to a diverse workforce in both office and manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of: Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory administration, PC hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting users within Workday, including account access, user support, troubleshooting, and basic administration activities
- Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Intune, PDQ Deploy, SCCM, or similar tools
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing environment
- CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft certifications, or other relevant IT certifications
