- Weld Prep - Grinding and sanding steel to prepare components for blast and paint.
- Sanding - Sanding and prepping steel and aluminum components for the build process.
- Build - Assisting with the assembly of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and modular metal structures.
- Breakout - Organizing, staging, and preparing materials and components to support production operations.
- Finishing - Performing final touch-ups, inspections, and preparation of completed products prior to shipment or the next stage of production.
- Shop Cleaning - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including general housekeeping and emptying trash bins.
