Customer Service & Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized entry-level team member to support customer service and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to learn business operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist with customer communication, data entry, document organization, and general operational support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer emails and basic inquiries
- Assist with order entry and tracking
- Organize and maintain digital files (Google Drive)
- Support invoice and document processing
- Follow up internally to gather information for customers
- Assist with data entry in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Support team members with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience. Experience in a corporate environment a plus.
- Proficient computer and typing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- Reliable and responsive during working hours
Hours : 9:00am to 6:00pm or 8:30 to 5:30pm
