• Efficiently dispatch tow trucks to ensure timely service delivery

• Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service
• Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
