Job Description 

• Present, promote and sell company products using solid arguments to existing and new prospective customers. 

• Perform -benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs 

• Analyze sales data/customer data using our own platform (Tableau). 

• Utilize internal data to determine opportunities to increase sales 

• Meet or exceed monthly sales budgets (KPIs). 

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business customer relationships for Ethnic and Mainstream customers. 

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling 

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 

• Maintain planogram compliance for mainstream accounts 

• Navigate opportunities for off-shelf displays at each account 

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services 

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends 

• Continuously improve through feedback 

Essential Role Functions 

• Proven sales experience 

• Track record of over-achieving goals and objectives 

• Experience working with Repsly or similar CRM platforms  

• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management 

• Computer use competency, Excel, Order writing  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated and driven 

• Merchandising Skills  

Work Experience/Requirements for This Role 

• Years of experience: 2-5 years 

• Knowledge of MS Office 

• People oriented 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Be able to build customer relationships 

• Organized 

• Professionalism 

• Bi-lingual (English/Arabic/Turkish) -preferred 

• Clean DMV 

• Ability to commute to multiple locations (must have a car) 

• Be able to lift 40 plus lbs. 

Schedule 

• 8-hour shift: Flexibility with hours as needed

• Monday to Friday: Flexibility on weekends if required

• Work Location: TBD
