Job Description
Field Business Development Manager involves identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities within a specific geographic area. This position requires direct interaction with potential customers and partners to deliver strategic solutions and achieve business growth targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, and building relationships with potential clients. The role also involves travel to meet clients, participate in networking events, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Work Experience/Requirements for This Role
- Work Experience: Usually 3–5 years in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field - or – in lieu of 5 years’ experience in Business Development or high performance like sales role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and strategic thinking.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to handle client objections.
