Duties
- Supervise janitorial staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient cleaning operations
- Oversee daily cleaning routines, including sanitation of restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas in compliance with safety standards
- Manage industrial cleaning projects such as deep cleans, floor maintenance, and specialized sanitation tasks
- Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent accidents and ensure team safety
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly
- Coordinate with management to develop cleaning schedules that minimize disruption while maximizing efficiency
- Provide training and guidance on custodial procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning environments
- Supervisory experience leading teams within a cleaning or facilities management setting
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Strong communication skills for effective management reporting and customer service interactions
- Familiarity with laundry services, hospitality standards, or housekeeping management is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery effectively

Must work weekends
Work schedule Saturday thru Wednesday 4pm-11pm Thursday and Friday OFF
We pay biweekly with a daily pay program
Pay: $17.00 per hour
