A high-performing specialty biopharmaceutical company is searching for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead a well-established sales team across New England.
This team has been in place for a number of years and knows its market. They need a leader who has more experience than they do - someone with deep cardiology and rare disease roots in New England who has earned their credibility in this space over a significant career.
What the role looks like:
- Leadership of a tenured regional sales team operating across the New England geography
- Driving commercial strategy and performance across the region
- Active field presence - this is not a desk-based role
- Working with a product that is approaching $1 billion in annual revenue with no direct competitor
What's in it for you:
- Base salary $175,000 - $200,000
- $68,000 incentive compensation, uncapped

What you need:
- 10 years in specialty pharmaceutical or biologic sales, with significant cardiology or rare disease exposure
- Demonstrable track record leading high-performing field sales teams
- Strong and active network of cardiologist and specialist HCP relationships within New England
- Location flexible within the New England region
